Celebrating 25 Years of RioCan Annual Report Design

This year holds two significant milestones for us. Not only does 2019 mark 30 years in business for Sutton Integrated, but it also marks our 25th year designing RioCan’s annual report. A lot has changed over the last few decades, and both companies have had to adapt to the ever-changing social and technological environment; notably the rise of the internet, print giving way to digital, and the evolving way in which we communicate with each other. Through it all, RioCan has trusted Sutton Integrated for a quarter-century to design and produce their annual reports. Year after year, Sutton Integrated has delivered designs that encapsulate the times, telling the story of a small REIT that evolved into one of the most recognizable companies in North America, with more than 39 million square feet in their name and with a total enterprise value of approximately $13.2 billion.
